The northern part of the island of La Gomera

The organs

Just 4 km from Vallehermoso there are basalt "organs conjured up by the forces of nature."”, whose name refers to the characteristic shape of the formation. Measuring approx. 80 m high Los Organos formed as a result of cracking very slowly cooling lava. Unfortunately, the formation is visible only from the sea, therefore the person, who want to see her, they must go to Valle Gran Rey or Playa Santiago, where cruise ships depart from. Excursions from Valle Gran Rey and Playa Santiago, by ferries with approx. 50 people, Organuje Excursions Tina. 10-Excursiones Chinea Morales personal speedboats depart from Playa Santiago only. During the trip, you can see dolphins and swim in the sea during an hour's stop in a quiet bay.

Arguamul

The settlement of Arguamul in the far north is one of the most beautiful, the quietest and least visited places on the island by tourists. The winding and bumpy road leading to it may be a deterrent, however, do not be discouraged, especially, that after 3 km of bumps turns into a decent highway – there, who choose to overcome it, they will not regret it, because it is located almost at the end of the world, on a seaside cliff, the village will make up for any inconvenience. There are two virtually uninhabited and rocky beaches nearby: Arguamul oraz beach Playa del Remo, however, bathing in this place is not safe. The only accommodation option in this village at the end of the world is the three-person casa rural Mariano Arguamul.

Alojera and surroundings

In a green valley hidden between red hills, sleepy Alojera hides among the palm trees. The town wouldn't stand out with anything special, if not for this, that at the end of the long and winding road that leads down the coast is Playa de Alojera – probably the most beautiful beach on the island. Squeezed between rocky cliffs, perfect for swimming, even with children – the sea is usually very calm. Although Alojera is not one of the most popular tourist destinations, you can find some decent places to stay here, m.in. Blue Apartments, Mesa Apartments, Ossorio oraz Apartments Playa Alojera Apartments. Good traditional meals are served in the beachfront Brisas del Mar restaurant and the Prisma bar.

Let's buy it

A winding and narrow road leads from Alojera to the village of Taguluche hidden in a deep green valley, which is famous for its palm trees. This place, must see, especially, that not too many people come here. From Taguluche, the hiking trail leads to the small Playa Guarien, hidden between the rocks.
